Juicy, fruited, and wine‑kissed. Colombia Granjeros de Huila Bourbon offers dark berry tones, rustic sweetness, and a hint of spice tea.

The Origin

From Huila’s towns of Pitalito, Timaná, Oporapa, Palestina, and Saladoblanco, this lot is cultivated by smallholder farmers growing Bourbon varietals.

The Process

It is washed (wet‑processed) and covered sun‑dried, a method that balances clarity with rustic sweetness.

The Cup

Expect red fruit sweetness, peach syrup, dark berry flavors, cocoa powder, molasses, prune, and a slight winey note. Medium roasts highlight bittersweet cocoa and molasses, while lighter roasts emphasize juicy berry tones.
