Two Foxes, Two Cities, One Cup
Dos Foxes started with a simple refusal: to choose only one city, one market, one identity. Founder Jorge Bache moves between Tijuana and San Diego the way a fox moves between two territories — comfortable in both, owned by neither. That duality is the whole brand: farmer-direct sourcing meets specialty-grade roasting; poetic label copy meets operational discipline; a border that divides everyone else becomes, here, the thing that connects the cup to the source.
Small Batches, No Apologies.
Big batches smooth everything into sameness. We'd rather roast less and let each lot taste like itself.
